As soon as our guests arrive, one of our company representatives personally guides the boat operator through all the areas and beautiful beaches of Kefalonia that can be visited during the trip. We carefully explain everything they need to pay attention to, including rocky areas, restricted zones, and all important navigation rules, in order to ensure safe cruising at all times. We also explain the safe distances that must always be maintained while navigating. After the briefing, we board the boat together and provide a complete training session of approximately 30 minutes, during which we present every detail of the vessel and its operation. During this training, we demonstrate the condition of the engine, explain the fuel system and fuel levels, and show exactly how to use the echo sounder/plotter, sound system, and electronic navigation charts. In general, we thoroughly explain all the boat’s instruments and equipment. We also review all safety equipment, including life-saving gear and the anchor, and finally we perform a short test ride to ensure that everything is operating correctly. This process allows every operator to feel fully comfortable and confident with the boat, its equipment, and its overall condition, ensuring they can enjoy a safe, relaxing, and unforgettable experience while cruising in the waters of Kefalonia.
